Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington, London

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were comfortable, although the climate control was broken, and we had a small double duvet in a cover made for a king-size duvet. The check-in for breakfast was a bit confusing, but thankfully our card key still worked.

The hotel offers stunning views all over London, even capturing The London Eye. The rooms provide excellent views, but unfortunately lacked cutlery and had a broken climate control system. The service was exceptional, although there was an issue with a seemingly uncooperative security guard at times. The location is very central, just behind High St Kensington tube station, making it convenient for exploring. The dining experience offered fresh hot food regularly, but could have better variety.
